If you've dined with us at the Chophouse, then you probably have already met. However, for those of you have not had the pleasure, let us introduce you to:
Rich Vascovich, Happy Fork's Vice President of Operations
Rich is a native of Myrtle Beach, where he began his career working in restaurants at an early age and quickly developed a passion for the hospitality industry.
Over the years he has found that every restaurants' biggest asset are their employees and our greatest gift are our guests.
He joined the Happy Fork team last year as the General Manager for the Chophouse of Chapin and brought with him 25 years of bar, restaurant and multi-unit management experience, though in his past life he did tour as a musician for 7 years.
He is the proud father of 4 with his loving wife, Danielle. In his spare time he loves being on the water and is an avid fisherman. He also enjoys surfing whenever he gets back to the beach.
Rich is focused on growing the Happy Fork name and providing our vision of hospitality to all of our guests.
We are proud to have him as part of the family and we hope you will join us in congratulating him on his new role as Vice President of Operations the next time you dine with us at the Chophouse or Bakon Southern Eatery.
