About the Role

What we're looking for:
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Must be able to maintain tact and cool under pressure
- Able to work flexible hours necessary including off hours, weekends and holidays
- Ability to take initiative and exhibit flexibility
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- 5+ years of previous experience in the kitchen
- Maintain exemplary standards in regards to food presentation and sanitation
- Establish and maintain par levels for ordering, prep, etc.
- You will be second in charge in the kitchen
